responsibilities and duties
- Conducts Functional Assessments of Behavior (FAB)
- Develops Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Models implementation of treatment for RBTs
- Monitors implementation of treatment plans and provides feedback
- Provides 1-on-1 therapy to patients as needed
- Conducts caregiver training
- Ensures company standards of data collection by RBTs
- Collects data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction when required
- Provides ongoing assessments of behavior functions
- Participates in company team meetings
- Completes monthly summaries in accordance with structured deadlines
- Participates in continuing education events to maintain certification as specified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Adheres to applicable laws, rules, and regulations specified by regulatory agencies
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or education Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently 3 years of Applied Behavior Analysis Experience preferred
