responsibilities and duties

  • Conducts Functional Assessments of Behavior (FAB)
  • Develops Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Models implementation of treatment for RBTs
  • Monitors implementation of treatment plans and provides feedback
  • Provides 1-on-1 therapy to patients as needed
  • Conducts caregiver training
  • Ensures company standards of data collection by RBTs
  • Collects data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction when required
  • Provides ongoing assessments of behavior functions
  • Participates in company team meetings
  • Completes monthly summaries in accordance with structured deadlines
  • Participates in continuing education events to maintain certification as specified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • Adheres to applicable laws, rules, and regulations specified by regulatory agencies
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or education Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently 3 years of Applied Behavior Analysis Experience preferred
